Energy surveys will be carried out by people that you will come to know and trust, who present and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Unlike the national HIP Providers, who can only operate by using 'panels' of Energy Assessors, our HIP team will use the same local assessors to provide your EPCs and HIPs, so you will have one point of contact from initial instruction to final delivery. You will know exactly who is going to visit your client (which is vital, considering that we are effectively representing your business) and be able to speak directly to that person regarding any issues that may arise.
Our Products
Our HIP service is able to provide Home Information Packs, Energy Performace Certificates and/or Home Condition Reports as required by your clients. We believe that our growth depends upon our ability to service your needs, so we will tailor our product offering as required.

Service
As a Solicitor you are perfectly positioned to offer Home Information Packs to your clients and to use the product as a platform for providing additional conveyancing services. By using our HIP service to complete either the Energy Performance Certificate or the complete HIP, you are ensuring that your clients receive the high level of service that they deserve.
